FRITTERS, ANY WAY YOU LIKE THEM

Fritters are the perfect value added appetizer.

Make them the Rhode Island way as a clam cake (chopped clam fritter), add corn to make the perfect corn fritter, add seafood for the perfect seafood fritter, appetizer or apples to make a savory dessert apple fritter. (see more ideas below)

A tip: our fritters pair well with soups or chowders.

 

CLAM CAKE INSTRUCTIONS 

 

  • 1 pound Drum Rock Fritter & Clam Cake Mix

  • Add 1 cup chopped clams to the mix

  • 1 to 1 1/4 cups cold water

  • Fold until evenly mixed. Do not over mix

  • Use either canned or frozen clams. Frozen clams must be completely thawed.
